Architecture Preview
Burj Al Arab, Dubai, UAE

7. The architecture is very modern and is meant to resemble a sail, which I think they executed very well. I love the design of the building, as well as the location that was chosen for it. The interior of the hotel is also modern and elegant, and it's definitely somewhere I want to go in my lifetime.

7. I chose to research this building because its architecture caught my eye. I love how even though it looks delicate, it is functional and open to visitors. Also, it provides activities for tourists and visitors so I would love to participate in them.

7. I chose this building because the structure looked so unique and intriguing, and when I found out that it was someone's home, I had no know more. I love the bright colored used in the architecture and paint as it closely relates with nature. The fact that it is separated into chambers is also interesting.

4. It is a private residence but people are allowed to come visit.

6. The house, originally was built for a family but after becoming so popular and attracting so many tourists, the owner moved out.
7. I picked this building because of its unique structure. I like that it is a home, or used to be, to a family. I found it interesting that the house receives no electricity other than naturally like through solar power and such. I think the architecture is very original and cool.
La Pedrera, Spain

4. You can visit it but the only areas that cannot be visited are the private homes and offices that remain in the building.

6. It was built because Pere Milà had seen another house and was intrigued by its beauty, so he asked Gaudí to construct a large building of rental flats on his new land.
7. I picked this building because the architecture in Spain is so beautiful and I've always wanted to visit Spain. Also, I had heard about this building and wanted to learn more about it. This building is amazing and so interesting to learn about.

1. I feel like what it saying is that to really nourish our environment and not to go crazy by building all of these buildings, but to reserve it because nature is a really important thing to our everyday lives.
I would agree with this statement because I feel like a lot of people do not really notice how much land they are taking up until it is all gone.
I really love how in pretty much all of the photos there are really nice pops of color in it with really makes the pictures stand out, and look really cool. But that is the thing I like how color can make such a difference in photography to bring that attention to amazing photos.
2. No, because it would probably feel to crowded in those little stores. But some of the objects that they are selling I guess I wouldn't think of people buying to where they need a whole store.
3. They would probably be really bored being stuck in those little stores, waiting for customers to come in to buy something. Because I know I would not want to be in there.
4. My favorite photo was the store with all the flowers because I really love flowers, how they are so pretty. I kinda have an obsession with flowers, because they are so pretty to look at.

Action Preview
Warm Up
This photo is part of a winning sports photography portfolio because it captures an action moment excellently. The winning team players are ritualistically pouring water on their coach but obviously at a very unexpected moment which is what makes the picture so great. The shutter speed is probably quite high in this picture. This is, in deed, a key moment which I don't think could have been planned so much as it might have been expected considering it's a tradition. This photo contains depth because we can tell that there are people in the stands behind the subjects, I also feel like its balanced because the photo is mostly cool-colored however there are warm colors on one side and motion on the other half so they balance each other out.
